Generational Group Wins Two International M&A Awards

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, will take home two honors from The M&A Advisor’s 11th annual International M&A Awards. The awards will be presented at a black-tie gala on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at The New York Athletic Club in midtown Manhattan.
The awards include:
- Cross Border Deal Of The Year ($10MM To $25MM) for the acquisition of Chalk & Wire Learning Assessment Inc. by Leeds Equity Partners
- M&A Deal of the Year (Over $50MM To $100MM) for the acquisition of Solid Systems CAD Services by Park Place Technologies
Both deals closed in 2018. Generational Equity’s Fred Zweifel managed the Chalk & Wire transaction, while Generational Capital Markets’ Tom Staszak and Chris Gain closed the Solid Systems CAD Services deal.
