Generational’s Brenen Hofstadter Named Top 50 Investment Banker

Generational Group, a leading full-service business advisory for middle market, privately held businesses, is pleased to announce that Brenen Hofstadter, its Chief M&A Officer, has been named as one of the top 50 M&A Investment Bankers in the Americas by the Global M&A Network.

This award follows Generational’s recent recognition as the 2023 USA Investment Bank of the Year.

Mr. Hofstadter has over 30 years of experience in advising privately held companies across the U.S. and Canada. He is Supervising Principal of Generational Capital Markets and leads all of Generational’s deal-making teams.

Prior to joining Generational in 2006, Brenen was a partner in a boutique M&A firm specializing in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Before that, he served as an executive with Citigroup Capital Strategies. Mr. Hofstadter earned his MBA from the University of South Florida and is a lifetime member of the American Mensa Society.
