Starting at Generational Group as a Lead Generation Marketing Specialist and HR Assistant, Ana conducted comprehensive research to understand target audiences, developed lead scoring systems, and implemented A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns. She played a key role in streamlining HR processes, managing onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ana’s dual roles allowed her to contribute to both the marketing and human resources functions effectively.
In her current role as a Senior M&A Recruiter, Ana specializes in sourcing and recruiting experienced inside sales professionals for the position of Senior Business Advisor. She collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements of each role and uses a variety of recruitment channels to attract top candidates. Ana’s responsibilities include conducting thorough interviews and assessments, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Before joining Generational Group, Ana gained invaluable experience in public service and family advocacy. She served as a Victim Services Coordinator at the Grand Prairie Police Department, providing support to victims of crime for five years. Before that, Ana was a Partner Relations Associate and Family Advocate at the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, where she was dedicated to helping families navigate difficult circumstances.
Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Walden University.
In her personal time, she enjoys walking her dogs and spending time with her husband at the lake, cherishing moments of tranquility and connection with nature.
