Mr. Byrd serves as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions in the Central region at Generational, and works directly with private middle-market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies. Byrd’s focus is connecting sellers with the right buyers at an optimal price and deal structure.

Prior to working with Generational, Andrew worked independently at a local brokerage firm that specialized in the marketing and sale of middle-market businesses throughout the Kansas City area. During that time he was instrumental to the preparation, marketing, negotiations, and due diligence process of numerous successful deal closings for a variety of businesses.

Mr. Byrd is passionate and about his work and enjoys partnering with clients to achieve a common goal. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and newborn son.

Andrew Byrd earned his JD/MBA with a concentration in Finance from Oklahoma City University and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Missouri.
