Mike Moore’s diverse business background spans almost 4 decades.

Mike has managed private equity portfolios of over $1 Billion in assets for American and European firms including, most recently, CHG based in Weingarten, Germany. Mike has completed hundreds of private equity transactions involving all aspects of debt, equity, due diligence, and negotiation.

Mike’s broad-based industry expertise includes healthcare, manufacturing, information technology, professional services, retail, hospitality, and logistics.

Mike is a sought-after advisor, speaking across the U.S. and internationally on a variety of topics including mergers & acquisitions, negotiation, leadership, and organizational development.

Mike lives in Dallas, Texas and is a published author of a number of nonfiction books. Mike is also an avid wine expert having been awarded a designation of Level 4 Sommelier. He received his Master of Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is presently pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration in Finance and Economics at Liberty University in Virginia.
