Mr. Wells is an Evaluation Associate specializing in financial statement analysis, valuations, and guiding clients through the complexities of exit planning.

Before joining Generational, Mr. Wells worked in wealth management at Goldman Sachs Ayco, where he collaborated with clients to develop tailored financial plans, implement strategic investment solutions, and deliver exceptional service. His tenure in wealth management provided him with a robust foundation in analytical problem-solving and client relationship management, skills he leverages in his work with clients through the evaluation process

Mr. Wells is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lake Erie College. A dedicated student-athlete, he played football throughout his collegiate career and served as a team captain.
