Tim is the Chief Digital Officer of Generational and CEO of Precocity LLC, a technology consultancy focused on digital innovation and software development. As the Chief Digital Officer, he is responsible for the digital vision of Generational. This includes ongoing digital transformation initiatives and driving digital innovation to drive growth for the organization.

As CEO of Precocity, Tim steers the company’s overall direction and strategy. In his role as CDO of Generational Group, Tim is responsible for their digital vision. This includes leading ongoing digital transformation initiatives and driving digital innovation to fuel the organization’s growth.

Prior to joining Generational Group, Tim’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Precocity LLC. With over 27 years of experience in the technology and software industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to both positions. Throughout his career, Tim has helped well-known brands like Deloitte, Toyota, Neiman Marcus, Siemens, AMD, and Nasdaq leverage technology to achieve success.

Tim’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in design from Texas Tech University. This passion for design continues to drive him as he works to create digital products and experiences that transform how businesses operate.
