Mr. Brock serves as Vice President at Generational. He collaborates closely with lead dealmakers to oversee the comprehensive marketing and dealmaking processes tailored to the needs of private middle-market business owners.

Before his current role, Mr. Brock held the position of Evaluation Associate at Generational, where he employed financial modeling, analysis, and extensive research to assess the value of private middle-market companies. Preceding his time at Generational, he gained experience in valuing and advising privately held firms at a boutique M&A advisory firm. Additionally, he served as the director of corporate operations at an advertising technology company, where he supervised multiple functional areas such as finance, accounting, legal, and human resources.

Mr. Brock earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
