Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Absolute Manufacturing, Inc., located in Pepperell, Massachusetts, by Roanwell Corporation, headquartered in Bronx, NY. The transaction closed on May 10, 2012.

Absolute Manufacturing, Inc. was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer of precision parts. The Company specializes in close tolerance machined parts through the use of their multiaxis CNC milling and turning machines. Roanwell Corporation (Roanwell) will continue doing business under the Absolute Manufacturing name, retain all employees of the former entity and has leased the existing facility. Roanwell plans to make additional investments in equipment and personnel.

David Gosselin, Absolute Manufacturing, Inc.'s founder and president, agrees that Roanwell's resources and significant presence in the military and aerospace markets will give both companies the opportunity for faster growth. Gosselin stated, "Our capabilities complement each other." He added, "Together, we are confident we can become a major force in the rapidly expanding global market for high precision parts." Managing Director, Doug Smith, George Nova and Vice President, Michael Goss, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Absolute Manufacturing on the transaction.

Founded in 1948, Roanwell Corporation specializes in manufacturing headsets, handsets, microphones, earphones, cords, harnesses, and accessories for military and commercial communications markets. The acquisition of Absolute Manufacturing continues Roanwell Corporation's continual growth and expansion program.
