Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Agile Supply Chain Strategies (Agile Supply), headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, by a Private Investor. The acquisition closed on April 14, 2015.

Agile Supply offers a full range of logistics consulting and management products and services. The firm's ability to review the entire supply chain, source to consumer, and access to experts in every aspect of supply chain management, provide an advantage over other specialized service providers. Managing Director Stephen Crisham and his team, including affiliates Brad Marlor and Kerry Sharp and Vice President Mike Meredith, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Agile Supply on the transaction.
