We are leased to announce the sale of our client, Arcadia GlassHouse, LLC, to North Park Group, LLC. The acquisition closed January 21, 2025.

Located in Madison, Ohio, Arcadia Glasshouse is a manufacturer, distributor and installer of premium greenhouses that blend architectural elegance, durability, and energy efficiency. Built with high-quality glass or polycarbonate panels and reinforced by sturdy extruded aluminum frames, each greenhouse is designed for lasting performance. Arcadia offers both customizable greenhouse solutions with full-service installation and standard models for DIY assembly. Whether freestanding or lean-to, all designs comply with local building codes, ensuring structural reliability and aesthetic appeal.
