We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Cabinets Northwest, to a private investor. The acquisition closed June 26, 2019 and details were not disclosed.

Cabinets Northwest, located in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, installs quality custom cabinetry for homeowners located in the Inland Northwest. The Company installs products manufactured by some of the leading manufacturers in the industry.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham, and his team, led by Senior M&A Advisor, Paul Hajek, supported by Vice President, Bo Zhao, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Roger Dean established the initial relationship with Cabinets Northwest.

“Despite the remote location of the company, we were able to find a buyer who happened to be a former employee of the business,” said Paul Hajek.

“From then on the deal was very easy to take to its conclusion because both the Buyer and the Seller were very flexible with financing terms. I have no doubt that the company will continue to grow under the new ownership, bringing in relatively high-paying jobs to the local economy”.
