Managing Director Stephen Crisham and Mike Meredith, along with their affiliate Jerry Glover, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised CGS on the transaction. "The seller and buyer worked together as a team to get this deal closed in a very short timeframe," Jerry Glover stated.
