Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC Acquired by Kelso Industries

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC, to Kelso Industries. The acquisition closed July 23, 2026.

Based in Spokane, Washington, Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC provides general contracting, design-build, and structural concrete services. The company has completed more than 60 projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, reservoirs, utility tunnels, dams, fish hatcheries, combined sewer overflow projects, and industrial construction.

Headquartered in Draper, Utah, Kelso Industries offers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building services nationwide. The acquisition expands Kelso’s construction capabilities and adds a Pacific Northwest company to its growing portfolio. Clearwater’s ability to self-perform much of its construction work complements Kelso’s existing services, creating an opportunity to provide a broader range of construction and building services.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team led by Senior Managing Director, M&A, Fred Zweifel successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Ruben Olm and Senior M&A Advisor, Bryce Gray established the initial relationship with Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC.
