We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Dennis Quick Auto Service & Sales, Inc., to Main Street Auto. The acquisition closed November 18, 2024.
Located in Snyder, Texas, Dennis Quick Auto Service & Sales, Inc. is a full-service auto repair, maintenance and tire shop. Currently owned by Bubba Dennis, Quick Auto was started by Bubba’s father back in 1962. Quick Auto can do the most complex jobs in including complete engine rebuilds and has a reputation for providing quality work with a quick turnaround. 75% of Quick Auto’s customers are commercial accounts in the oil field industry.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Main Street Auto is dedicated to supporting local auto repair shops that have long been a cornerstone of communities nationwide. With over 70 locations, the company ensures that vehicles remain safe, reliable, and well-maintained. Main Street Auto has served generations of customers, offering a wide range of services from oil changes and tire replacements to engine repairs. Their commitment to quality service ensures that each customer’s vehicle stays in top condition and on the road.
