Digital Solutions, Inc. is a computer programming/systems integration company whose primary customer is the US Government. The company landed a huge 5 year deal just prior to launching, based on a small business set-aside. This was a very prestigious contract and was what most buyers looking at the deal were after.

Bart & Associates is a very similar company specializing in the private sector. Part of their growth strategy was to expand into the Government sector and acquisition of our client would give them an entree into this market.
