Eco Water Restoration Acquired by an Individual Investor

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Eco Water Restoration, a water damage restoration company, to an Individual Investor. The acquisition closed on August 20, 2026.

Headquartered in Kent, Washington, Eco Water Restoration is a family owned and operated, IICRC certified restoration company serving the Greater Seattle area, including King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. The company is available 24/7 to respond to water damage emergencies and begin mitigating damage before it spreads. Eco Water Restoration’s core services include:

  • Water damage restoration, including burst pipes, flooded basements, and crawl space flooding
  • Flood damage restoration, including water extraction, dehumidification, and structural drying
  • Storm damage restoration
  • Mold remediation and removal
  • Sewage cleanup

The company built its 10-step drying process to go beyond the industry’s minimum IICRC S500 standard, covering everything from initial inspection and moisture tracking through demolition, drying, and final moisture verification before a structure is cleared for rebuild. Eco Water Restoration also works directly with customers’ insurance providers throughout the claims process, handling documentation and communication to help make the recovery experience as seamless as possible for homeowners and businesses alike.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team, led by Managing Director, M&A, Paul Hajek with the support of Vice President, M&A, Garrett McWilliams successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Ashok Tandon and Senior M&A Advisor, Michael Querard established the initial relationship with Eco Water Restoration. Senior Growth Strategist, Chuck Thomas facilitated the Strategic Growth Plan for Eco Water Restoration.

Ryan Binkley, CEO of Generational Group, stated, “Eco Water Restoration has built a strong reputation through fast response and genuine care for its customers during difficult moments. We’re pleased to have supported this transition and are confident the business will continue that same level of service under its new ownership.”
