Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Environmental Assessment Services (EAS), headquartered in Richland, Washington, by KOMAN Holdings, LLC (KOMAN) headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. The acquisition closed on March 5, 2015.

EAS is an environmental consulting firm that has been providing environmental consulting services to the Department of Energy and other federal commercial clients since 2005. The Company provides high-quality environmental science, field technology, and technical services that help clients meet often highly complex environmental regulations and policies, while maintaining operational objectives.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham, Vice President Mike Meredith, and Affiliate Perry Campbell, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised EAS on the transaction. Perry Campbell, lead dealmaker, stated, "The addition of EAS to the KOMAN family of companies will greatly enhance the environmental services capabilities offered by the group."
