Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, First Horizon Management was established in 2017, offering both skilled and unskilled home health care services as well as operating a Certified Nursing Assistant School. The company has distinguished itself as the leading in-home care provider in the region, serving a client base of over 200 individuals.

They achieve this by offering high-quality, compassionate care personalized to meet each patient’s unique needs. They also work closely with the patient and their family throughout the home health care journey.

Honor Health Care Network, founded in 2014 and located in Ridgefield Park, NJ, is a comprehensive home care and home health care organization. The company offers a wide range of services, including activities of daily living care, skilled nursing, pharmacy and infusion services. Honor has been expanding its footprint across the United States via acquisition and has identified Indiana as an ideal state for further growth.
