Private equity firm Pinewell Capital LLC acquired Generational Equity client Fogco Systems Inc. on March 13, 2017. Details were not disclosed.

Fogco Systems, located in Chandler, Arizona, manufactures high-pressure misting systems for industrial, commercial and residential use. The company offers a range of products from entry-level mist systems to custom solutions for outdoor cooling, humidification and dust control.

Pinewell Capital, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle-market companies. The firm seeks to partner with experienced business owners in management buyouts, management transitions and companies pursuing funding to grow. Pinewell is geographically agnostic but has a strong presence in the Southwest and West Coast regions.

Generational Equity Managing Director Stephen Crisham’s team, headed by trusted affiliate Jerry Glover with support from Generational Equity Vice President Lori Galloway, successfully closed the deal.
