Howell Service Corporation (HSC) is a bonded and insured commercial janitorial service company located in Bryan, Texas. For over 38 years, the company has proudly served commercial clients in Bryan/College Station and surrounding areas.

HSC provides janitorial services including contracted routine cleaning, as well as emergency services or one time cleaning.

HSC customizes its commercial cleaning service to meet the needs of property management firms, facility managers, and building owners in commercial, institutional, and industrial markets. HSC utilizes the latest cleaning tools such as the Imop, Backpack vacuums, microfiber, and HEPA filter technology to name a few.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team, led by Senior Vice President, Andre Farahmandi, closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Joe Van Voorhis established the initial relationship with HSC.
