Generational Capital Markets, Inc., Member FINRA/SIPC, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Impact Marketing Specialists Inc., to a large public corporation. The acquisition closed December 5, 2017. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Impact Marketing Specialists, based in Foothill Ranch, California, operates in a specialty niche of the direct mail, digital printing and marketing solutions industry. Its nationwide customer base consists of residential real estate agents and real estate investors.

A long-term history and strong reputation in the industry has allowed the company to develop relationships with some of the largest real estate brokerages. Supporting its traditional products of digital printing and mailing services are a host of technology solutions, including email and social media marketing to support the goals of its customers.

Generational Capital Markets Managing Director Eric Sanderson served as lead dealmaker and successfully closed the transaction. Generational Equity Senior Managing Director David Robinson established the initial relationship with Impact.

“It was decided by the sellers quite early in our marketing process that this prospect was the best fit for them,” said Sanderson.

“It is quite unusual for a seller to terminate a marketing process before receiving all offers, but it shows the confidence that Impact had that the acquirer was in the best position to carry forward Impact successfully into the future.”
