Interstate Threaded Products Acquired by Rox Capital Partners

We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Interstate Threaded Products, to Rox Capital Partners. The acquisition closed June 10, 2026.

Since its founding in 1973, the company has established itself as a dependable partner known for quality, responsiveness, and manufacturing expertise.

Interstate Threaded Products manufactures and distributes a broad range of specialty threaded products, including threaded rods, studs, anchor bolts, U-bolts, eyebolts, and custom-manufactured fastening solutions. Supported by extensive inventory, in-house manufacturing capabilities, and value-added services, the company provides both standard and made-to-specification components designed to meet demanding application requirements.
