We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Klein McCarthy Architects, to Wold Architects and Engineers, a portfolio company of Providus Capital Partners. The formal agreement closed on August 31, 2026.

Headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, Klein McCarthy Architects is an architecture firm specializing in government and justice facility design. Founded in 1977, the company has cultivated a niche practice in justice architecture and public facility design, completing more than 90 justice projects for counties and government entities across Minnesota and the surrounding region. Its services include:

• Law enforcement centers built around the operational needs of local and county agencies
