The acquisition closed on June 21, 2014.

LSR Refinishing, Inc. (LSR) provides architectural metal, stone, wood restoration and maintenance services in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states. Each client is provided with a custom maintenance program allowing LSR to schedule services weeks in advance, ensuring closely monitored workflows and follow-up reports.

LSR has continued to be the best building service company in the industry by supplying customers with the highest quality restoration and maintenance services paired with superior customer service. Managing Director Doug Smith and his team, including affiliate George Nova and Vice President Ryan Johnson, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised LSR on the transaction.
