We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Luminous Electric, to Liberty Service Partners. The acquisition closed August 26, 2024.

Located in Bradenton, Florida, Luminous Electric is a family-owned and operated electrical service company founded in 2011 by John and Jo Leavy. The company serves both homeowners and business owners, providing a wide range of electrical services for residential and commercial properties. With a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, Luminous Electric values the relationships it has built within the local community, ensuring comfort and safety in all electrical installations and repairs.

Liberty Service Partners, based in Dallas, Texas, is a national leader in premium home upgrades, installations, and services, specializing in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Liberty Service Partners was born out of NorthCurrent’s flagship investment in late 2020. NorthCurrent Partners invests in businesses that align with the firm’s operating practices and have the potential for continued growth, long-term success, and value creation.
