We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Lynn Capouya, Inc., to LCI Design Holdings, LLC. The acquisition closed June 15, 2026.

Headquartered in Irvine, California, Lynn Capouya, Inc. is a full-service landscape architecture firm specializing in sustainable and environmentally conscious design solutions for both public and private sector clients. Founded in 1985, the firm provides comprehensive landscape architectural services, including site planning, planting and irrigation design, hardscape design, construction administration, habitat restoration, stormwater management, and water conservation planning. Led by a team of licensed landscape architects, LEED-accredited professionals, certified irrigation designers, and arborists, Lynn Capouya, Inc. partners with clients to create functional, aesthetically appealing outdoor environments that balance environmental stewardship, long-term sustainability, and project performance. The firm’s diverse portfolio spans transportation, healthcare, education, recreation, commercial, and civic projects throughout California.

LCI Design Holdings, LLC was established to acquire and continue the operations of Lynn Capouya, Inc. The acquisition reflects LCI Design Holdings’ commitment to preserving the company’s legacy while supporting its continued evolution and future success. Under new ownership, the organization will remain focused on delivering value to its clients, employees, and industry partners, while pursuing strategic opportunities that enhance its long-term growth, stability, and market presence.

Generational Group Executive Managing Director, M&A, Western Region – Lori Galloway, and her team led by Generational Affiliate, Kris Nielsen, with the support of Senior Vice President, M&A, Amy Wall, and Generational Affiliate, Ron Rosenow, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director, Ashok Tandon, and Senior M&A Advisor, Michael Querard, established the initial relationship with Lynn Capouya, Inc.
