Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Paramount Landscape & Maintenance, Inc., (Paramount) headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, to a Private Investor. The acquisition closed on January 31, 2014.

Founded in the mid-1990's, Paramount is a landscape contractor that primarily performs landscape maintenance services along with irrigation repairs, landscape contracting, tree trimming services, and ground control services. Paramount's customers are predominately homeowner's associates; however, the Company also provides services for commercial properties (office complexes, schools, industrial facilities, churches, etc.). All of its customers are located in one major metropolitan market – Paramount's 7,600 square foot headquarters is also strategically located on a . acre lot which includes ample office and warehouse space.

Managing Director Stephen Crisham and Vice President Mike Meredith, along with their affiliate Diane Thomas, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised Paramount on the transaction.
