Stamats Communications (Stamats) located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, creates business value by building strong and enduring relationships between companies and their customers. The company is a full-service digital marketing and branding agency providing a wide range of services including: customized research, brand strategy, website development, social media services, digital strategy, content management, audience management, and planning & paid media. Services are designed and customized to meet every client’s individual needs.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Central Region, Michael Goss, and his team led by Senior M&A Advisor, Stephen Dinehart, with the support of Vice President, M&A, Jacob Mangalath, successfully closed the transaction. Senior Managing Director Thomas Hamm established the initial relationship with TriMax.
