We are pleased to announce the sale of our client, Valley Precast Inc., to SI Precast Concrete, a division of Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. The acquisition closed September 24, 2018.

Valley Precast, Inc., headquartered in Buena Vista, Colorado, is a rapidly growing company that specializes in manufacturing and delivering precast products for the wastewater industry throughout the state. In business for more than 35 years, Valley Precast offers precast concrete sales, pump and treatment sales, and wastewater treatment services.

The buyer, SI Precast Concrete, is headquartered in Grandview, Missouri. The company has 50 manufacturing plants that provide products such as retaining walls, wastewater tanks and storm shelters.

SI Precast Concrete is a division of Wilbert Funeral Services, which is headquartered in Broadview, Illinois. Wilbert is a privately owned company and the industry leader in burial vaults and related products. It has been expanding operations through acquisitions over the past several years.

Generational Equity Senior Managing Director Stephen Crisham's team, led by trusted affiliate Randy Bernard with support from VP Chad Comroe, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Randy Kamin established the initial relationship with Valley Precast.
