Highways & Skyways of NC (H&S) located in Greensboro, North Carolina is a full-service logistics management company. The company’s business was created to help a business get dependable, excellent shipping from the loading dock to the customer site.

H&S has experience in logistics, warehousing, and freight carrier management which allows them to be an extension of a client’s company.

With expertise in LTL, Truckload, Air, Ocean, and expedited freight, combined with warehousing and brokerage services, H&S has established itself as a key provider of transportation logistics throughout the U.S.

Their Greensboro terminal is strategically located along the I-85/I-40 corridor allowing them to hold a tremendous geographic advantage for companies looking to quickly distribute their domestic and imported goods. Nearly 99% of the nation can be serviced within two days from H&S locations by ground.

Founded in 1957 and located in Chesapeake, Virginia, Givens Transportation, Inc. (Givens) is a family-owned and operated logistics provider offering customers a single-source solution for warehousing and distribution, transportation, packing and crating, and air freight services.

Givens’ operations are housed in over 2 million square feet of state-of-the-art warehouse space located at distribution centers near Norfolk, VA; Savannah, GA; Seattle, WA; and Reno, NV.

Generational Equity Executive Managing Director, M&A-Technology Practice Leader, David Fergusson, and his team, led by Sr. Managing Director, M&A, Jack Sluiter, with the support of Senior Vice President, M&A, Tristan Keeffe, successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Terry Stidham established the initial relationship with H&S.
